The teachers are selected from members of the church, given some basic teaching guides and the lessons which have lesson plans that are helpful to the teachers.

We believe that this is a crucial stage in a child's life and a stage when they begin to see and identify with God. Therefore the lessons come with a lot of practicals of everyday life to help them build convictions in being righteous people and living lives that please God.
